Be With You Events began when Ismaël, a saxophonist, met Cyrille, a percussionist. Two working musicians: our first question is about the atmosphere you want, and about the moment the evening should take off.

It all started at the age of nine, watching a jazz concert: Ismaël wanted that instrument. He made it his profession, and he still plays as much as ever, most often among the guests rather than up on a stage.
That is what guides the way we build an evening: we know what an artist needs in order to be well looked after and to play well. An artist who is listened to plays better, and your guests hear it straight away.
Before a wedding, the groom wanted to play again with his old rock band. Five years without touching an instrument, and no equipment at all. We hired a drum kit, a guitar and a bass, set everything up, ran the soundcheck and rehearsed for an hour while the drinks reception was going on. They played just before the first dance.

Your enquiries are handled by Ismaël or by Nathalie, our project assistant. One person knows your date, your venue and your running order, builds the proposal with you and stays reachable on the day itself.
The artists, the technicians and the venue team: we are the ones who coordinate them. On the day, you have an evening to enjoy, and we take care of the rest.

Yes, and that is the whole point of a wide network. If your first choice is already playing elsewhere that evening, we suggest an alternative of the same calibre and the same style, on the same date.
Yes: the French border region, the rest of France, Italy and anywhere in Europe, especially for destination weddings. Give us the date and the venue, and we organise the travel for the artists and the technical setup.
It all starts with a message, a call or the chat. We get a clear picture of your evening, then we send you a free, detailed quote. Once you are happy with it, we hold your artists and your equipment for the date.
We provide the artists and the technical side, and we open our address book for the rest: photo booth, photographer, videographer and other festive services. We put you in touch with people we trust.
