What you ask us before booking
Services, travel, equipment, budget: the essentials are all here. For anything else, the chat is open at any hour, and we answer the phone too.
Services
Weddings, corporate events, galas, hotels, estates and private parties, from an intimate ceremony to an event for five hundred guests. Our network covers DJs, saxophone, vocals, strings, percussion and live bands.
Yes. A few saxophone standards during a cocktail hour or a ceremony are enough to set the mood. And if you want to carry the evening on to the dancefloor, we lay the saxophone over a DJ set, or bring it into a live band.
Yes, and that is the whole point of a wide network. If your first choice is already playing elsewhere that evening, we suggest an alternative of the same calibre and the same style, on the same date.
Yes, and it is often the moment your guests talk about the next day. The sound is spread across the whole room, the artists move between the tables and play two metres away from everyone.
Of course, and it is often the best idea of the evening. Let us know in advance: we work on it and turn it into an arrangement tailored to the line-up you have booked.
Travel and venues
The whole of Switzerland, and beyond it whenever your event calls for it. We arrive with the artists, the equipment and the technical team.
Yes: the French border region, the rest of France, Italy and anywhere in Europe, especially for destination weddings. Give us the date and the venue, and we organise the travel for the artists and the technical setup.
Yes. Our partnerships with hotels, estates and event venues allow us to point you towards addresses that suit your format and your season. The details are on our About page.
Yes, very often: gardens, terraces, lakesides, estate courtyards. We scout the venue beforehand, we follow the weather closely, and a fallback plan is in place every time.
Equipment and technical setup
Sound and lighting are part of the booking, set-up and take-down included. Technicians and transport, when they are needed, are itemised in the quote, line by line.
We come with our own sound system, calibrated on site on the day. A hotel's built-in speakers carry background music very well; an amplified saxophone and a dancefloor call for something else.
Yes. One of our technicians installs the equipment, sets it up on site and comes back to take it down after the party.
One to three, depending on the scale of the booking. They arrive during the day: everything is set and tested well before your guests arrive.
Planning, lead times and budget
It all starts with a message, a call or the chat. We get a clear picture of your evening, then we send you a free, detailed quote. Once you are happy with it, we hold your artists and your equipment for the date.
For a wedding in high season, a year ahead gives you the widest choice. The rest of the year is far more flexible: give us your date and we will tell you straight away what is still open.
We prefer to price things precisely: the figure depends on the number of artists, the equipment, the technicians and the travel. Send us your date, your venue and your number of guests, and your free quote goes out within 48 hours.
Tell us your budget from the very first exchange, it genuinely helps. A shorter format, one artist rather than a duo, a lighter lighting kit, part of the equipment already on site: there is almost always a version that fits.
Yes. Extra time is written into the quote, at a rate agreed in advance: on the night, a single word is all it takes for the music to carry on.
We provide the artists and the technical side, and we open our address book for the rest: photo booth, photographer, videographer and other festive services. We put you in touch with people we trust.
